COMPLETE: Cobra letter background on registry table

By editing CSS on the theme editor, I was able to get the cobra image to tile across the background to fill the whole screen.  Working well on desktop, tablet, and cell phone as of now.

Currently “fixed” position on desktop, but the background moves with the table on mobile. I don’t think this can be adjusted.

Current code is

The “registry” page is page ID 46 for now, and the file is pulling from the legacy server.  When the site is moved to the new site, the cobra image will need to be in the same place (shouldn’t affect the WordPress site).

The change should persist through updates to WordPress and the “OlympusWP” theme currently being used.
